*Brooklyn singer-songwriter Tim Pourbaix, with his very
unique playing style and sophisticated vocals, has turned 'the solo performance' into an art-form. Pourbaix performs regularly around NYC, with notable appearances at SXSW, Sounds Like Brooklyn and the Northside Festival. Pourbaix has recorded five EP's and a full length album. He is currently working on a follow up full length record. Sounds like: Elliott Smith, Bon Iver, Matt Pond PA and Rocky Votolato. "When I was writing 'Shivlings', the goal was to offer up something different then what's usually implied with the solo singer songwriter genre.
